outpod - extract all contacts in Outlook 2000 to vcard files for storage on the ipod
ephpod - replacement for MusicMatch/iTunes
iTunes is now available for windows. Be very careful when you install it though... I advise reading all the release notes and setting the iPod-related settings to manual.
Outport is another program for exporting data out of Outlook. This is how I exported all my contacts to .vcf files in one go.
